    Welcome to my website

    Welcome everyone.
My website shares my passions & dreams.
Being born with a very rare syndrome my journey hasn't been the normal experience most of you will have had. However I was bought up to believe that anything is possible and will share my experiences with you & try to inspire some who just need a nudge in the right direction.

    A dirt-biker is born

Having a family who rode & raced dirt bikes I was always determined to have one too.
I started riding this Suzuki JR50 at 4 years old, and if you look hard you can see my Tracheostomy tube , but that wasn't going to hold me back! (Shhh don't tell my surgeon)

    Rugby league was awesome!

I played Rugby League from 5 years old until I was eight. I was great. I was hard and hurt sometimes but I learned to tackle correctly, and it was great to be the only girl in the team. I stopped because of operations & girls were discouraged in their teens.

    Hockey is a favourite

I've played hockey in Auckland from the age of 9 and I'm still playing now. I started off with school teams &  made my way into the top sides. Club wise, I played for ECB for a few years which I really loved but now I've switched to HDF which is my Grandads club of which he's a life member. (He seems to know everyone at HDF). I now love it there too and Grandy is happy I am playing at HDF too.

    Photography - Art - Graphics

I have been really quite interested in photography, art and graphics from an early age & pursued this through collage here in Auckland. I love charcoal drawing & painting but have also become quite good at vector graphics on the computer. I would like to follow this further but for now it's a great hobby.

  • Family and my dog

My family is really important to me, my mum & dad my oldest brother & my other brother who is not with us anymore.
Of course there is my dog. He's probably my best freind, he's always happy to see me & he's really gentle when I've come out of hospital. He's always aware I'm not my usual self and a bit out of character. I love him.
